Warren Gold is a U.S. Army combat veteran and seasoned executive with extensive experience in development, construction, and operations leadership across multiple industries. His career includes leadership roles at Cummings Remodeling Group, Starbucks Coffee Company, Overhead Door Corporation, and as Chief Operating Officer at a national electrical & audio visual contractor, where he managed commercial and residential projects, as well as government contracts.
As the Director of Operations at Colorado Forestry & Earthworks and the visionary behind Valor Development Solutions, Warren specializes in site development, construction oversight, and project execution. Known for his ability to tackle complex challenges, implement innovative solutions, and lead high-performing teams, he has built a reputation as a results-driven leader.
Warren enjoys time with his family and is an avid outdoorsman, his passion for nature and adventure reflects his strategic, resilient, and forward-thinking approach to leadership.
Shawn Gaide - Vice President | Co-Owner
Shawn Gaide is a seasoned industry leader with over 20 years of expertise in excavation, land development, and forestry management. As Co-Owner and Vice President of Valor Development Solutions, he specializes in site development, land management, and project execution, ensuring precision and efficiency in every build.
He also owns Colorado Forestry & Earthworks, serving as a technical expert in logging, excavation, and land-use planning. Having lived in Westcliffe, Colorado, since 1980, Shawn’s deep understanding of the region’s landscape allows him to craft tailored development solutions for commercial and environmental projects.
A trusted industry professional, his hands-on leadership and problem-solving skills have earned him a reputation for delivering high-quality, lasting developments. Outside of work, Shawn enjoys spending time with family, hunting, and embracing Colorado’s natural beauty.
